The Business Development Representative is responsible for growing consumer membership through active engagement with Select Employee Groups, community partners, and local events. This role serves as a brand ambassador for the credit union, building strong relationships, opening new consumer memberships, and supporting long term growth through both in person and digital outreach. This position works closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and represents the credit union at SEG events, employer sites, and community activities.
