About The Position

As a Revenue Reignite Specialist, you’ll play a key role in reactivating and generating demand within HighLevel’s customer and prospect base. You’ll engage greenfield accounts, dormant customers, and marketing-sourced leads to create new trial opportunities and demos. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Customer Intelligence, and Customer Care to turn insights into meaningful outreach that drives revenue growth..

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to consistently generate a qualified pipeline and bring new trials and demo opportunities. Effectively execute the reactivation campaigns for dormant customers. Contribute to marketing event attendance and engagement. Clear documentation of customer insights back to the organization and strong communication skills and a passion for outreach and outbound motions.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, or customer growth role (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication and written skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
  • Driven, coachable, and excited about solving customer problems.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into targeted lists (greenfield and dormant accounts).
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to re-engage leads and drive trial/demo signups.
  • Partner with Marketing to support campaigns and events, focusing on attendance and follow-up.
  • Leverage customer intelligence to tailor messaging, identify pain points, and personalize offers.
  • Track and report on activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
