Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing. As an outbound Business Development Representative, you will own the top of the funnel for strategic and enterprise accounts. You will use best-in-class prospecting tools and intent data to identify active buyers, engage them with relevant messaging, and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a BDR or SDR in SaaS or B2B tech targeting strategic and enterprise companies
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding outbound targets
  • Hands-on experience with outbound tech stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (or similar data provider), Sales engagement tools (Gong), Intent data platforms (Common Room, Bombora, etc.)
  • Comfortable prospecting into strategic and enterprise accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting across a defined book of business
  • Research, prioritize, and engage ICP accounts using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Intent platforms (e.g., Common Room, Bombora, etc.)
  • Run multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, video)
  • Identify buying signals and tailor outreach based on account activity
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead, and account data in CRM
  • Consistently exceed monthly outbound meeting and pipeline targets
