Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales
• Proven success in lead generation and closing deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Valid driver’s license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential clients through strategic outreach
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation
• Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance
• Educate prospects on our offerings and unique value proposition
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed growth targets
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
• Mentor and support junior BDRs, providing training and feedback
• Contribute to sales materials, proposals, and presentations
