Your primary responsibility is to engage with inbound and outbound leads, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless and professional experience for every customer. Requirements

• Motivated and money-driven
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with computer applications and internet tools
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in BDC, sales, or customer service preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is an advantage
