Requirements

  • 2-3 years of BDR/SDR experience in the tech, SaaS B2B companies.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Understanding of the customer lifecycle and revenue analytics.
  • Experience using Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication and conversion into sales opportunities..
  • Track key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness, providing insights to improve sales processes.
  • Engage with leads to understand their pain points, needs, and interest in the company's offerings.
  • Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect interactions in Salesforce
  • Test and optimize messaging, outreach cadences, and engagement strategies based on performance data.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with marketing on campaign alignment.
  • Schedule strategic meetings for senior Account Executives to pitch our solutions
