The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a pivotal role in driving census growth, building strategic referral relationships, and strengthening the Alpas Wellness brand within assigned territories. Under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, the BDR develops, maintains, and grows relationships with hospitals, behavioral health providers, EAPs, veteran organizations, treatment programs, and other key referral partners. This position combines relationship-driven outreach with data-informed strategy, ensuring all business development efforts support Alpas’ broader goals of payer mix optimization, ethical marketing, and mission-driven growth.
