As a Business Development Representative, you will be the liaison between our guest's and their future vehicle purchase. We strive in prioritizing the guest experience and our people at all times. You will be contacting inbound and outbound vehicle inquiries within a timely manor, to assist the guest in their vehicle process by answering simple vehicle questions, scheduling test-drive appointments and following up with guest to ensure their needs are met. Ongoing training and support will be provided on vehicle information to help in assisting customers vehicle questions, staying up to date with market changes and providing the upmost guest experience.
