About The Position

Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Remote or On-Site Compensation: Base + Commission (calls, meetings, qualified funnel) At Dynapar, we help engineers and OEMs keep critical equipment moving. We’re looking for a driven, curious, and energetic Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities, build early-stage relationships, and strengthen our sales funnel. This is a non-field, office-based role focused on outbound engagement and supporting our sales team with qualified meetings and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B or technical markets.
  • Strong track record meeting or exceeding activity goals: calls made, meetings booked, and pipeline created.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—comfortable speaking with engineers and cross-functional decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
  • Highly organized, persistent, and motivated by measurable daily and weekly results.
  • Coachable, collaborative, and energized by a fast-moving commercial environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach—calls, emails, and social—to generate Sales-Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Use ZoomInfo and research tools to identify target accounts and the right engineering, operations, or purchasing personas.
  • Quickly understand customer applications and position Dynapar solutions with clarity and confidence.
  • Conduct qualification calls, secure meetings, and hand off opportunities that meet defined criteria for Field Sales.
  • Maintain accurate data, activities, and funnel progress in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Re-engage dormant or closed-lost accounts and participate in targeted regional or vertical campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and drive funnel growth.
