This position encompasses responsibility for growing sales with new prospects and customers. This position interfaces with all departments as well as the outside salesforce, customers and prospects. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Handle all web leads for the eastern half of the country and Canada Work with outside sales team to acquire new business Focus on learning about customers applications and help find new target markets for perforated metal Report all sales activities and efforts with a relation to accomplishments Work with Operations to develop new opportunities and capabilities Work with Marketing to help develop new sales tools Be a technical resource for customers as well as sales staff Assist in training of outside sales reps on our manufacturing process and capabilities 10-15% Travel required. Ability to take jobs through the new product development process (NPDP) with minimal input for Engineering or Operations
