About The Position

This is a rapidly growing post-acute Cardiology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology established practice. We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to support our growth in the Waco and surrounding markets. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, developing relationships, and expanding service lines through professional, ethical, and compliant business development efforts. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and comfortable engaging with healthcare administrators, executives, and decision-makers in the post acute market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship building, and measurable growth impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of business development, sales, or relationship management experience
  • Healthcare, post-acute, or medical services experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the Fort Worth area

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the facilities and providers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to introduce services and value propositions
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Represent the organization professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
