We’re seeking an in-office Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build a consistent, well-qualified sales pipeline. This role is responsible for generating and qualifying new opportunities, conducting discovery conversations, and managing early-stage pipelines through proposal draft. The BDR works closely with our Visionary, Integrator, and Director of Operations to ensure opportunities are aligned, well-documented, and ready to close. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends outbound prospecting, discovery, technical translation, and pipeline management.
