The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an early-career, high-impact role responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing prospective partnerships in fintech, sponsor banking, and payments. You will work closely with the Business Development Leadership to generate a strong pipeline of opportunities identifying target companies, engaging prospective founders and executives, and helping Coastal increase visibility and engagement within strategic markets. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within financial services or fintech-adjacent environments, and a strong interest in embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service, or platform partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and influence, and who does their best work outside of rigid role definitions.
