  • Sales, call center, or BDC experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right person!)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for sales
  • Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email
  • Build rapport and create a positive first impression for our dealership
  • Work closely with sales leadership to maximize appointments and show and sold rates
  • Accurately log activity in our CRM system
