Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are focused, confident and ready to make an impact in increasing Expert Institute’s market share across the US & Canada. This role is a starting point on our Sales team, centered around phone and email outreach to prospective and existing clients. BDRs will serve as the first point of contact to both potential clients by pitching a strong value proposition for the needs of each respective firm as well as acting as a voice for Customer Success representatives in order to drive utilization across our partnership client. Once a prospect or a client is engaged, BDRs set the stage and organize a meeting with the Enterprise Sales team or respective Customer Success representative.
