We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a BDR, you’ll play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and driving our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying sales opportunities, and supporting customers through the application process. Responsibilities

  • Actively support prospecting efforts to identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold outreach, social media, and networking
  • Research and qualify leads to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile
  • Qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and assessing their potential fit
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services
  • Schedule and book qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the application process
  • Guide customers through required documentation and ensure timely completion and submission of applications
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application status
