About The Position

NetConnect is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in website development, SEO, and digital marketing services for businesses across the United States. We serve clients ranging from small startups to established brands with deal sizes from $2,500 to $20,000+. We're in an exciting growth phase and building a world-class sales team to support our expansion. We're hiring our first Business Development Representative to join our team and help us scale from $50K/month to $200K/month in 2026. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you'll: Work directly with the founder/CEO Help build and refine our sales processes Have clear potential to grow into a closer role or team lead position Be supported by cutting-edge automation and tools (Zoho CRM, auto-dialer, email sequences) Work with a warm database of 7,000+ qualified leads plus inbound flow This is NOT a cold-calling grind. You'll be reaching out to pre-qualified prospects who fit our ideal customer profile and nurturing inbound leads from active campaigns.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) - You'll be calling US-based business owners daily
  • 1-2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (BDR, SDR, inside sales, account management, customer success, or similar)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (25+ Mbps minimum)
  • Quiet, professional workspace for making calls
  • Availability to work 9am-5pm US Eastern Time (some flexibility available)
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling digital marketing services, websites, or SEO
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar platforms
  • B2B sales experience
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Understanding of small business challenges and needs
  • Experience with sales automation tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Complete training on our services, ideal customer profile, and sales process
  • Shadow live sales calls with the CEO
  • Practice qualification conversations and objection handling
  • Learn our CRM and sales automation tools
  • Make 50-75 outbound calls per day to qualified prospects
  • Respond to inbound leads from our marketing campaigns within 5 minutes
  • Qualify prospects using our proven framework (budget, authority, need, timeline)
  • Book 10-15+ strategy call appointments per week for the CEO to close
  • Send follow-up emails and nurture sequences to prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Participate in daily check-ins and weekly coaching sessions
