About The Position

As a BDR, you are the front edge of Tyfoom’s growth engine. You attract and engage the right organizations, build early trust, and set the stage for high\-quality, value\-driven conversations led by AEs and Executives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in BDR/SDR or customer\-facing roles (B2B preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, resilience, and coachability
  • Comfort working in a fast\-paced, in\-office environment
  • A team\-first mindset and desire to grow

Responsibilities

  • Attract and Engage the Right Accounts
  • Research and engage target organizations with relevance, professionalism, and respect.
  • Lead with Curiosity and Insight
  • Start conversations by listening and understanding challenges rather than pitching.
  • Set the Stage for High\-Quality Opportunities
  • Use customer stories and context to prepare AEs and Executives for productive engagement.
  • Collaborate as ONE TEAM
  • Partner with AEs and Executives on account strategy and share insights that improve focus and quality.
  • Share Market Insight
  • Learn from what works across customers and industries and share those insights to improve messaging and targeting.
  • Operate with Discipline
  • Maintain clean CRM data, use established tools and processes, and sharpen judgment around opportunity quality.
