Requirements

  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Comfortable with computer systems and internet use.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A self-starter with a customer-first mentality.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support the Service Department, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Use Dealership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to capture and follow up on service leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management.
  • Provide a friendly, professional, and high-energy experience on all calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
