Xanitos is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. Ideally based out of Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Philadelphia or Nashville The Business Development Representative (BDR) supports Xanitos’ revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, with a primary focus on hospitals and healthcare systems. This role is responsible for outbound and inbound lead generation, prospecting, demand generation, and managing key accounts through the early stages of the sales funnel, from identification through scheduling initial meetings. The BDR works closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to build a strong pipeline and represent Xanitos’ services and brand to prospective clients.
