About The Position

Business Development Representative (BDR) / Customer Service Representative / Internet Representative The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is looking for a talented customer service representative to continue to develop and maintain relationships and meet our customer's needs over the phone. Requirements

  • Call center or customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Strong motivation and persistence to succeed
  • Proficient in using computers and the internet
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized with excellent communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
  • A solid work ethic with a passion for providing superior service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Must be a self-starter with an outgoing, customer-focused personality
  • High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls and building lasting client relationships, delivering an unparalleled customer experience
  • Scheduling appointments and following up on customer satisfaction
  • Greeting customers both in-person and over the phone
  • Developing rapport with prospective buyers and generating leads
  • Maintaining and updating online inventory listings on various websites
  • Effectively demonstrating product features and values to customers
  • Ensuring accurate completion of transaction paperwork and making follow-up sales & service calls
  • Initiating and maintaining communication with customers via phone, email, and internet leads to set appointments
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
