The Business Development Representative coordinates functions and activities for Business Development to promote Rolling Hills Hospital to referral sources and to the community for the purpose of maintaining the desired patient census of the hospital programs. Activities include face-to-face visits with professional referral sources, developing and implementing marketing strategies such as workshops and community education events, assists with marketing print projects, attends community events such as health fairs and conferences, and assembles and distributes brochures and flyers promoting hospital programs. The Business Development Representative participates in community organizations, and seeks out additional ways to promote Rolling Hills Hospital.
