The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in Impilo’s go-to-market motion by creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. This role focuses on prospecting, initial qualification, and meeting-setting, with an emphasis on quality over volume. As a BDR, you’ll work closely with territory-based Account Executives to identify the right accounts, understand their challenges, and secure meetings that lead to meaningful sales conversations. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is curious, coachable, and interested in growing into a closing role over time.
