Reporting to the Director of Sales, Additive, Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying and creating new business opportunities. This position focuses on inbound and outbound prospecting, serving as the main point of contact between potential customers and Indicate Technologies. The BDR is responsible for researching target accounts, initiating conversations with prospects, understanding their needs, and setting up qualified meetings to drive potential sales. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build rapport quickly. The ideal person in this role is goal-oriented, highly organized, and motivated by achieving and exceeding performance metrics. As a key member of the sales organization, the BDR helps expand the company’s customer base and contributes to overall revenue growth.
