About The Position

The Cook position is a hands on role that is a very important part of delivering upon our commitment to quality guest experiences.

Requirements

• Four years of progressive experience in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Skilled in preparing meals for special diets and dietary restrictions.
• Strong team player with a positive, collaborative approach.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at a fast pace.
• Serve Safe Food Certification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and company health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures daily.
• Prepare and produce daily menu items per the production schedule, including advance prep for upcoming days.
• Ensure consistent high-quality food standards and presentation.
• Review event orders daily and prepare items according to guest requirements.
• Receive, inspect, rotate, label, date, and properly store all food products.
• Complete accurate daily records for orders, inventory, waste, food safety, and sanitation.
• Communicate shortages or overages and adjust production as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct on and off duty, aware of visibility to guests and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
