Case IQ is a leading provider of investigative case management & compliance software that helps organizations manage workplace incidents, ethics reporting, compliance, and security investigations. Our platform empowers companies to resolve issues faster, reduce risk, and build stronger, more transparent workplaces. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers engaging with Case IQ through inbound channels such as demo requests, marketing campaigns, webinars, tradeshows and content downloads. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify inbound leads, understand customer needs, and create high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Executives. This is a critical role for driving pipeline growth and delivering an exceptional buyer experience across our 5 products.
