We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and help fuel our sales pipeline through smart, innovative outreach strategies. What You’ll Do: As a key driver of pipeline generation, you will: Own outbound prospecting efforts with a hunter mentality - targeting new logos through cold calling, social media outreach, video prospecting, personalised emails, and creative engagement tactics. Use innovation and creativity to identify and engage ideal prospects in a noisy marketplace, securing meetings with the right decision-makers. Align closely with Account Executives on target accounts to co-develop prospecting strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of sales-qualified leads. Work alongside Marketing to synchronise prospecting with active campaigns and content strategies. Build and manage high-performing automated cadences maximize engagement and conversion. Align with the Events team to proactively prospect and book meetings before, during, and after global events. Work to ensure accurate reporting against campaigns in Salesforce, and meet a monthly quota for pipeline contribution. Support with the validation and allocation of MQLs.
