A successful candidate should be a highly motivated individual with previous experience prospecting, identifying potential clients, conducting market research and generating quality leads for Sales Executives. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of success in a prospecting or lead generation sales role.
  • Prospecting Skills: Strong ability to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Team-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for achieving team goals.
  • Drive & Motivation: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay organized and follow up effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Salesforce, and Salesloft.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Daily: Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and cold calling to generate new business.
  • Achieve KPIs: Meet and exceed monthly targets for opportunity creation and sales activity.
  • Qualify Leads: Identify client needs, engage with prospects, and transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive.
  • Maintain CRM: Document outreach activities in Salesforce, ensuring a well-managed pipeline and accurate reporting.
  • Promote Intralinks: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Intralinks' value proposition to corporate, legal, finance and banking professionals.
  • Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of key personas, pain points, and business challenges to tailor your outreach.
  • Learn Intralinks’ Offerings: Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
