We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to open new doors for our sales team and build and nurture our sales pipeline. As part of our BDR team, your work will directly contribute to the company’s growth and success. Your mission: As a Business Development Representative, your goal is to generate revenue by moving prospective clients into our sales pipeline. You’ll proactively source and engage our clients across various industry verticals (pharma, tech, hospitals, and large general contractors, to name a few). This is an ideal opportunity for someone with foundational business development experience who is eager to advance their career by targeting mid-market and enterprise companies. It could also be a great fit for someone in the construction or safety industry who is interested in transitioning into a sales role. Regardless of background, we’re looking for a highly motivated individual who stays persistent in the face of a “no” and is driven to achieve their goals. Our BDR team is also a key pipeline for future Account Executives, making this a strong path for long-term growth within the sales organization.
