As the Business Development Representative US, you play an important role in our American team, working closely with your colleague to oversee and drive sales and marketing processes in the North American market. The role involves proactively identifying new business opportunities within customer segments such as network, industry, critical infrastructure, and defense, where the emphasis is on the latter. This means you will handle new potential distributors and customers, developing the organization's existing ones through traditional sales work; prospecting, meeting booking, sales meetings, external monitoring, implementation and follow-up. You will be responsible for developing sales and marketing processes, providing feedback on customer requirements and market trends for product development and management. Additionally, you will work actively with customer care, maintain customer registers and CRM systems, and plan, implement and participate in events, trade fairs and similar activities. This position is fully remote and location within US is flexible. Travel is included in this position, mainly within North America and occasionally in Europe. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager in US, based in Cleveland, OH
