As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s excited to break into sales and build a long-term career. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn sales from the ground up while earning uncapped commission—no closing experience required. Why This Role Uncapped commission structure. Requirements

  • Strong interest in starting or growing a career in sales.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys talking with new people.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-focused team.
  • Enthusiastic and committed to contributing to the growth of the company and its client base.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organized, consistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A current, valid U.S. driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients from a provided list to start conversations and build rapport.
  • Ask thoughtful discovery questions to understand each client’s challenges and goals.
  • Clearly communicate how Charles IT operates and what differentiates us from competitors.
  • Position our services as solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales team members.
  • Accurately document activity, insights, and client information in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Consistently work toward performance goals and contribute to team success.
