About The Position

As a Business Development Representative for MVP One, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing inbound and outbound leads, developing strong relationships with potential and current clients, and ultimately converting them into paying customers. MVP One will support you with best-of-breed technology and tools to help you be an MVP.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS-related business development or sales role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in CRM & Sales Engagement software (HubSpot preferred)
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge with the team
  • Display qualities of an MVP by exhibiting overachievement in academics, sports, or life

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience within the manufacturing and/or MRO industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify qualified leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, attending industry events)
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand potential client needs and pain points
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations showcasing the value proposition of MVP One
  • Build targeted lists that align with our ICP using data sources like ZoomInfo & LinkedIn
  • Execute outbound activities using sequencing tools
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to find net new and up-sell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) & Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) market and competitive landscape
  • Provide recommendations to leadership to support continuous improvement of the BDR organization
  • Become a ‘sales detective’ with excellent research skills
