Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer pain points effectively.
  • Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and sales tools.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on potential solutions and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Prepare and manage email sequences, promptly responding to client inquiries.
  • Identify and contact new leads through inbound channels, following up via email or phone.
  • Conduct online demos to showcase product features and benefits effectively.
  • Create, present, and negotiate offers to close deals with potential clients.
  • Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
  • A/B test different approaches to optimize sales results and improve conversion rates.
