Reporting to the Director, USA Southwest, the Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in driving Richards’ growth by identifying, validating, and onboarding net new customers within an assigned territory. This is a professional sales role focused on presenting, promoting, and selling our Industrial Packaging Distribution products while exceeding sales and margin targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment, brings a true hunter mentality, and excels at building strong customer relationships. This is a full-time, hybrid position, and travel is mandatory.
