Our in-house artists and skilled screen-printing and embroidery teams bring our customers’ ideas to life with precision and creativity.We are seeking a highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new revenue growth through strategic territory expansion and new account acquisition. This role is focused on developing new business, identifying untapped market opportunities, and building long-term partnerships that align with our brand and capabilities.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is energized by hitting and exceeding targets, and is willing to travel as needed to cultivate relationships and close new business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Apparel Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed goals.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support territory growth and client development.

  • A passion and determination to develop new territories from the ground up.
  • Interest in apparel, branded merchandise, or licensed collegiate products.
  • Strong relationship building skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and expand a designated sales territory.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Lead outbound sales efforts including calls, emails, in-person meetings, and trade show networking.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between new clients and internal art, production, and logistics teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and order execution for new accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed (travel required).
  • Track and report sales activity, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
