This role serves as the frontline of the sales organization, bridging marketing efforts and the sales pipeline by initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients. BDRs focus on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, ensuring that high-quality opportunities are passed to Account Executives or Sales Managers for closing.
