About The Position

We are seeking motivated a Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our dynamic sales team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in connecting dental practices with the solutions they need to thrive. This is a full time, non-exempt position. As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Risk Solutions team. eAssist is the nation's leading dental billing and patient billing service provider for dental offices. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Passion for helping businesses succeed and a desire to make a positive impact in the dental industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify sales opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries (calls and online chat) from potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and new prospective accounts to educate, qualify, and generate interest in eAssist services.
  • Schedule appointments/consultations for Sales Executives to provide personalized consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
