Minitab is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales organization. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to build a career in technology sales within a supportive and highly collaborative environment. As a BDR, you will work within an assigned geographic region and/or industry vertical to generate pipeline and revenue opportunities. You’ll qualify both inbound leads and outbound campaign contacts to identify their business needs and interest in our statistical analysis software products and services. Through mentorship, hands-on training, and ongoing sales coaching, this role offers a clear path for career advancement—including promotion into inside sales and account management positions.
