Central Lense Inc. is seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales organization. This is a critical outbound sales role designed for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments and are motivated by measurable impact, career progression, and financial upside. As a Business Development Representative, you will be on the front lines of our growth engine—responsible for generating high-quality, sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through strategic outbound efforts including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to engage IT Directors, executive stakeholders, and decision-makers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations.
