About The Position

Own a high‑impact territory selling HP SitePrint—robotic layout that cuts labor, compresses schedules, and reduces rework for self‑performing GCs and AEC teams. You’ll build pipeline from the ground up, run ROI‑driven deals, and close multi‑stakeholder cycles.

Requirements

  • Quota-carrying B2B wins in construction tech/automation/capital equipment.
  • Executive consultative selling; discovery → ROI → close, multi‑stakeholder.
  • Strong demo presence; disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Region travel (valid driver’s license).

Responsibilities

  • Hit and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets; manage full funnel in CRM (D365).
  • Prospect and develop new business across DC/MD/VA/PA/NJ/DE.
  • Lead discovery tied to labor reduction, schedule compression, and accuracy.
  • Deliver persuasive demos (Teams + jobsite) and build compelling business cases.
  • Partner with leadership on strategy, pricing, and enterprise proposals.
