About The Position

Griswold Home Care, one of the nation’s oldest and most trusted nonmedical home care brands for more than 40 years, is expanding into Oklahoma City North—and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative / Salesperson to help grow this brand-new office from the ground up. What This Role Is All About In the home care industry, growth depends on strong relationships with referral sources—hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, physicians, and other healthcare partners. Many of these partners already have home care agencies calling on them. Your job is to help Griswold earn a seat at the table by building awareness, credibility, and trust. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, healthcare sales, or senior services (home care/home health experience a plus)
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel locally
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and energized by meeting new people
  • Professional, compassionate, and committed to representing a mission-driven brand

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow referral relationships across hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities, care managers, and healthcare networks
  • Conduct outside sales visits, presentations, networking, and community outreach to increase brand visibility
  • Educate referral partners and families on non-medical home care services and Griswold’s mission
  • Generate leads, follow up consistently, and manage the full sales pipeline
  • Track outreach activities, inquiries, and conversions; report progress to leadership
  • Collaborate closely with the office team to ensure excellent client experiences
  • Support additional marketing, outreach, or territory development initiatives as needed
