Business Development Representative (Sales BDC) We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our Sales Business Development team. This role is critical to our dealership's growth and customer experience and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. Requirements

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable with accountability, goals, and performance metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive BDC, sales, call center, or inside sales experience preferred
  • CRM experience a plus (DriveCentric, VinSolutions, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
  • Set and confirm showroom appointments for the Sales team
  • Respond to internet, phone, and third-party leads quickly and professionally
  • Build value, overcome objections, and maintain control of the conversation
  • Follow up consistently with unsold prospects and missed opportunities
  • Accurately log all activity in the CRM
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to drive showroom traffic and results
