The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be crucial in expanding Spring Health’s presence within the public sector, encompassing federal, state, and local government agencies, public education systems, labor and trust, and other mission-driven institutions. This role demands a thoughtful, research-driven approach to prospecting, requiring an understanding of government structures, procurement processes, and stakeholder mapping. The BDR will collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to identify, engage, and qualify opportunities within a complex and impactful buyer landscape. This full-time, hybrid position, based in our NYC office 3x a week, is a key driver of growth in a strategic segment, offering high visibility and the chance to shape mental healthcare solutions for public servants and communities at scale.
