You’ll work with government departments, local authorities, NHS Trusts, arm’s‑length bodies, and other public institutions to understand their workforce priorities and shape meaningful apprenticeship solutions. You’ll combine strategic account management with proactive business development, nurturing long‑term relationships, responding to tenders and frameworks, and uncovering new opportunities through structured research and targeted outreach. You’ll lead high‑quality meetings with senior stakeholders, deliver compelling presentations, and represent KnowledgeBrief at sector events, conferences, and forums. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams to produce high‑quality bids, tenders, and proposals that reflect our capability and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexity of public sector procurement, thrives in long‑cycle relationship building, and is motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful workforce development across the UK.
