About The Position

Your Role The Business Development and Strategic Partnerships team recruits new customers and partners that contribute technological leadership, market reach, and revenue to Stellarus. The Business Development Representative, Principal will report to the VP, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. In this role you will develop new customer and partner pipeline, work with sales and partner management to progress prospects through the sales and partnership stages, and be the primary expert on Stellarus lead flow, CRM, and digital sales tools. Requirements

  • Requires 10 years related experience.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
  • Requires proven success in Business Development, inside sales, or market development roles in technology or healthcare.
  • Requires proficiency in Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Copilot for Sales, or similar AI-driven sales tools.
  • Requires excellent virtual/digital-first presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage health plan and partner prospects through outbound demand generation campaigns, industry events, and inbound lead qualification and management.
  • Conduct needs analysis and virtual presentations to advance prospects through sales stages and onboard new marketplace partners.
  • Use Copilot for Sales, Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to optimize outreach, update account and opportunity plans, and enable pipeline/forecast analytics.
  • Close deals (for marketplace partnerships) or coordinate handoff to senior sales leaders (for health plan and strategic partner co-sell opportunities).
  • In partnership with product management and marketing, monitor industry trends and execute demand generation campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing, Legal, Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to support deal progression and customer/partner onboarding.
