Asure’s HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department. This position can be located near any of our hub locations: Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; Burlington, VT; Cherry Hill, NJ; Rochester, NY; Tampa, FL; or Santa Ana, CA. How I will contribute Our Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and driving revenue for the company’s suite of SaaS and Cloud software solutions. The BDR prospects new partners, from mid-market to small business, building key relationships and knowledge about their business while articulating product value. This role has a focus on creating new partnerships and work with our Sales, Marketing, Development, and Operations teams across the nation to expand our client base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
  • Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer
  • Ability to articulate product value proposition
  • Highly intelligent, passionate, ambitious, and a team player
  • Resourceful and adaptable to change

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SaaS or Cloud Solution sales highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and call high value potential partnerships
  • Use tools to identify potential partners
  • Educate prospective partners on company products and services
  • Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential partners
  • Help potential partners discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value
  • Conduct high volume prospecting for potential partners, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events
  • Utilize internal partnerships to deliver value to partners and potential partners, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Development, Implementation, etc
  • Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the product, our industry, competition, market happenings and trends
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Use Salesforce to log activity
