ABOUT THE ROLE The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for fueling top-of-funnel growth for Array’s OnDemand business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying hospital and health system partnership opportunities. This position plays a key role in driving Array’s B2B growth strategy by generating qualified new logo opportunities in targeted markets to deliver the OnDemand family of solutions. The BDR will bring strong research, communication, and outreach skills and will work closely with Sales Directors and the EVP of Growth & Partnerships to ensure a robust and high-quality pipeline of potential partners.
