About the Role As a Business Development Representative - MM/ENT at Alma , you’ll be the engine behind our Enterprise pipeline — identifying, engaging, and activating fast-growing companies with foreign national workforces. You’ll work directly with Sales Leadership to open doors with HR, People Ops, Talent, and Global Mobility teams at some of the most ambitious organizations in tech. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes extreme ownership, and is energized by building systems, playbooks, and processes while “flying the plane. Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or tech, preferably in outbound and Enterprise motion
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
  • Exceptional phone presence — comfortable breaking the ice, asking tough questions, and building rapport fast
  • Strong proficiency with modern sales tooling (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, sequencing tools, enrichment tools, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree and outstanding English communication skills
  • High ownership mindset — you run your territory like a business
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with “startup chaos” — constant iteration, ambiguity, growth, and action
  • Curiosity about immigration, compliance, and technology transforming legacy industries

Responsibilities

  • Own all outbound pipeline generation for your Enterprise territory
  • Identify and prioritize high-propensity accounts using modern tools (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, enrichment, buying signals, etc.)
  • Run high-quality multi-touch outbound sequences across email, phone, social, and personalized channels
  • Qualify prospective customers and uncover immigration, compliance, and talent mobility challenges
  • Partner closely with AEs and Sales Leadership to optimize handoffs, accelerate cycles, and improve pipeline quality
  • Execute strategic outbound initiatives targeting Series C–Public companies with 50–250+ foreign nationals
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting of all prospecting activities
  • Help shape the BDR motion as we grow — processes, messaging, feedback loops, new ICP insights, and playbook improvements
