About The Position

As a Business Development Representative for our North American Mid-Market team, you are the primary engine behind Docebo’s rapid global expansion. You’ll act as a strategic consultant, helping massive organizations transform their training from a mundane "checkbox" into a competitive superpower through world-class AI innovation. By establishing trust with high-level stakeholders, you won't just be filling a pipeline—you’ll be the first person to show these companies a better way for their employees to grow and thrive.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales Veteran: You have 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, a Call Center environment, or a Demand Generation/Marketing function.
  • Customer-Facing Pro: You’ve spent a year or more in Retail, Hospitality, or another high-touch customer service role.
  • Mid-Market Expertise: You have previous experience navigating the complexities of Mid-Market-level BDR or Sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize the Hunt: Identify and map out key stakeholders within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure we are engaging with the organizations that will benefit most from Docebo.
  • Craft the Narrative: Leverage and create high-impact, compelling messaging that cuts through the noise and sparks genuine curiosity about the future of learning.
  • Master the Outreach: Connect with potential clients via outbound calling, using active listening and rapport-building to turn cold introductions into warm opportunities.
  • Elevate the Experience: Provide a world-class first impression for inbound prospects, acting as a knowledgeable guide to how Docebo can help their teams excel.
  • Architect Your Success: Manage your calendar with precision, dedicating time to high-value activities that ensure you hit your goals and fuel the Docebo growth engine.
  • Drive the Impact: Focus relentlessly on pipeline generation, growing both the business and your own professional career as you contribute to our global mission.
