About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and high-energy Business Development Representative to join our team as a Growth Specialist for specific Lucid Private Offices locations. In this role, you will be the primary engine for outbound lead generation and market awareness. You will be assigned to specific Lucid locations for 90-day cycles with a clear goal: drive high-intent prospects to that location in an effort to increase the occupancy. Working in tandem with our onsite Sales Consultants—who handle inbound leads and tours—your focus will be entirely on "boots on the ground" outreach and digital prospecting to maximize the visibility and occupancy of your assigned location. Commission is tied directly to successful occupancy conversion at your assigned locations

Requirements

  • Cold Calling Experience: You have a background in high-volume outbound environments and are comfortable initiating professional conversations over the phone.
  • Fearless Outreach: You are confident in "unannounced" professional visits and have the social agility to build rapport quickly with local business managers and community influencers.
  • Self-Motivation: You thrive in an autonomous role where you are responsible for managing your own daily activity and hitting outreach targets.
  • Adaptability: You enjoy a change of scenery and are comfortable rotating between different locations across the region every few months.

Responsibilities

  • Local Market Outreach: Physically visit surrounding businesses, apartment complexes, and hotels to build professional partnerships and distribute meeting room passes/trial offers.
  • Lead Resuscitation: Regularly review historical inquiry data in our CRM to re-engage past prospects and bring them back into the current sales funnel.
  • Platform Management: Proactively list and manage workspace availability on Facebook Marketplace, LinkedIn, Craigslist, and other community-driven platforms.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and reach out to local business owners, remote teams, and professionals currently using nearby office space to showcase the advantages of our spaces.
  • High-Volume Cold Outreach: Maintain a consistent daily cadence of cold calling and direct LinkedIn messaging to generate new interest within the local market.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with onsite Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless handoff of the leads you generate for tours and closing.
